What is this?
Tulsa Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Rep to join their team. They cover 100% of employee’s health benefits as well as offer a 2-3% annual match for a 401K. They also pay for 100% of their CareATC benefits. The ideal person will have a few years of customer service or account management experience and also have high attention to detail.

What does my day look like?
• Assist clients with issue resolution as needed via email, phone or in person
• Assist production, sales and admin staff with job issue resolution or clarification as needed
• Receive and review all client orders. Confirm all orders are clear, complete and accurate. If anything appears or is unclear, incomplete or inaccurate communicate with client to correct order prior to preparing and submitting job ticket for production.
• Prepare and proof job production tickets to be utilized in the production finishing and shipping departments. Carefully proof job production tickets to confirm job specifics are clearly, completely and accurately stated on job tickets.
• Communicate with production, finishing and shipping personnel as needed to answer any questions concerning jobs in process. Confirm your client’s jobs are timely moving through the production, finishing and shipping process and will be shipped and received on time. Bring any issues to the attention of the Production Manager, Director of Operations or President for review and resolution.
• Receive job ticket once job complete. Prepare and distribute client invoice once job complete.

• 3-5 years of experience managing and supporting key accounts is preferred

• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

What will the physical requirements be?
Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
