What is this?
This local Tulsa company is in search of a supervisor responsible for coordinating work for plant employees. Assigns open orders and oversees the product being worked. It is also responsible for ensuring facility if fully stocked with supplies.

What does my day look like?
• Supervisor is responsible for coordinating work for assembly plant employees.
• Monitor truck status and routes to maximize efficiency.
• Assigns open orders and oversees the product being worked. Is also responsible for ensuring facility is fully stocked with supplies
• Handles minor Human Resources issues with personnel.
• Maintains all supplies as needed, places orders as needed.
• Prints and schedules open orders for customers on a daily basis
• Maintains customer inventory through weekly, monthly and yearly cycle counts.
• Acts as material handler and shipping/receiving manager.
• Performs as a quality inspector.
• Responsible for basic and simple upkeep of the building, including any janitorial duties
• Works as a customer service representative, communicating with each individual
• Maintains daily production logs, completed orders and shipments, inventory transactions, and counts received goods all according to customers' requirements

What does the perfect candidate look like?


    Must be able to schedule and direct employees. Must work with closely with each customer. Must maintain a relationship with local freight companies.
    Must have a demonstrated track record of successful time management. b) Must have experience with managing employees. c) Must have customer service experience. d) Must have extensive computer knowledge.

What will the physical requirements be?
