Title: Retirement Plan Services Representative

Salary: $15-17.00 Per Hour

Position: Temp, Full-Time

What is this?

This is a customer service position primarily responsible for phone and email communication with participants and plan sponsors. Providing excellent customer service in answering all inquiries is critical. This position is also responsible for processing participant distribution requests.

What does my day look like?

  1. Respond to participant inquiries via phone, fax and email or in person.
  2. Respond to plan sponsor inquiries via phone, fax and email.
  3. Respond to requests for missing information on participant data.
  4. Resolve participant and plan sponsor website login issues.
  5. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with plan sponsors.
  6. Process participant distribution requests timely and accurately.
  7. Notify plan sponsors of late payroll deposits.
  8. Attend and assist with company wide client functions as required.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

Working Relationships:

Internal – Daily contact with Administration, Operations and Investments

External – Daily contact with plan sponsors, clients, plan participants

What will the physical requirements be?

Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
