Salary: $72,800-83,200 Yearly

What is this?
Global company is currently seeking a Facility Operator to join their Cushing, OK facililty. This exciting role plays an integral role in supporting the day to day operations of their growing rail and truck terminal

What does my day look like?
• Daily operations of rail movement, loading and unloading of Rail Cars & Trucks with NGL products (Propane, Butane & mixed NGL).
• Maintain strong relationships with the local 3rd party trucking firms using the Terminal
• Ensure that safe loading and off-loading practices are being followed each day at the Terminal.
• Assist Operations and Maintenance to ensure all safety and preventative maintenance items are completed.
• Work with Terminal Superintendent and Operations Supervisor on regular reviews and updates of all Facility and Rail Safe Operating Procedures.
• Work with Houston and Logistics Team to ensure safe and on-time deliveries of products.
• Interact with local rail staff including track inspectors, crews and train management

What does the perfect candidate look like?
• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as Facility Operator in a Rail & Truck Terminal or similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in rail car and truck loading, maintenance and NGL product handling
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment and compliance with all Federal and Texas State regulations
• Self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong team player with proven communication, computer, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, reliable individual with attention to detail
• Participate in the facility work functions as a team member with a focus on internal and external customer service
• Operate the facility in a safe, economical and efficient manner using quality principals
• Conducts maintenance and accounting responsibilities in accordance with established company and governmental regulations.
• At the sole discretion of management, other combinations of directly relevant experience and educational credentials will be considered

What will the physical requirements be?
Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
