What is this?
Global Airline Company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for their Dallas, TX location to support a procure to pay system implementation which covers a new procurement/contract system (Coupa) and invoice processing change.
What does my day look like?
• Prepare business requirements documentation, test application changes and perform quality assurance across impacted financial systems
• Provide business process efficiency opportunities based on resource experience
• Ensure system and interface changes and enhancements comply with Sarbanes-Oxley controls as well as internal and external requirements
• Assist with reviewing and writing test scripts for integration, enhancements and system maintenance items for finance systems
• Participate in after business hours testing and/or project support when required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, planning and organization skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within organization
• Ability to support multiple projects, shift priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

What does the perfect candidate look like?
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
• 2-3 Years of Coupa Implementation experience preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in airline industry associated with business processes in areas of accounts payable domestic/ international (Required):
o Invoicing PO and non-PO
o International invoicing requirements
o Understanding of the unique reporting requirements for international countries
• At least 5 years’ experience working with accounting systems, SAP experience preferred (Required)
• Basic knowledge of project methodologies of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall (Required)
• QA validation experience for system changes, includes test script development and defect management (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and data mining (Preferred)
• Proficient in PC based applications, including MS Office, Visio, SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) (Required
