Title: Marketing and Customer Service Associate Pay: $18-20 Per Hour Position: Temp to Hire
What is this? Dynamic and creative national promotions company is seeking a new staff member in their Tulsa office for a 15-20 hours per week Marketing and Customer Service position. This can be home-based after initial period in their mid-town facility. The overall role of this position is to support the owners with developing proposals.
What does my day look like? • Manage the day-to-day communication with Clients regarding the status of projects, • Communicate accurately and clearly both by email and phone with customers • Assist with the execution of internal projects as needed • Interact professionally with customers (most Fortune 100) • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high demanding environment • Ability to use initiative and creatively problem solve. • Organized and able to prioritize.
What does the perfect candidate look like? • Must be practical, professional with a can-do attitude • Must work well with a small team. • Candidates can come from a wide variety of backgrounds-must have excellent human relations skills • Having experience in advertising, printing, promotions or marketing is a huge plus. • Some graphics or printing background would be helpful: -Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Excel, Word & -Power Point QuickBooks a plus
