What is this?

Local Tulsa company is in search of an Office Assistant to join their fast-paced office. This full-time position will be responsible for heavy phone work and interacting with customers, clientele, and drivers on a daily basis.

What does my day look like?
• Answer multiple incoming calls to the office
• Perform Data entry quickly and efficiently
• Some collection calls are required
• Filing and organizing
• General upkeep of the office
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Use phone and computer to communicate with co-workers, customers and drivers
• Interact with company personnel, vendors, suppliers and others to resolve issues and solve problems.
• Executing excellent customer service on a daily basis

What does the perfect candidate look like?
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent Customer Service skills required
• Ability to succeed in a high pressure, fast paced team environment.
• Good communication skills to listen, speak plainly and communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.

• General office/customer service experience of 1 year preferred
• Computer literacy required-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

What will the physical requirements be?
