Position: Temp to Hire, Part-time

What is this?
Local Tulsa Financial Planning Firm is seeking a part-time receptionist. This position provides administrative support to the financial planner, interfaces with clients, and maintains office functions to efficiently maximize daily operations.

What does my day look like?

  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Create hard files and scan records per request
  • Coordinate incoming / outgoing mail and packages
  • Other general office duties as needed.
  • Filing in a timely manner
  • Handle phone calls and email from clients, when appropriate; transfer calls to financial planner, when required
  •  Manage client service process and appointment calendar using existing CRM
  • Process and track business paperwork
  • Handle financial planner needs proactively
  • Make recommendations to systematize and improve office efficiency

What does the perfect candidate look like?

  • Must retain high attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
  • 1 year of related work experience

What will the physical requirements be?
Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
