Title: Aircraft Records Analyst-Charlotte, NC

Position: Full -Time Contract
What is this?
Global Airline Company is looking for an Aircraft Records Analyst for their Charlotte, NC location to serve as a team member on the Aircraft Records Department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records. They are seeking someone to start ASAP who is organized, has great attention to details, and who can retain a high level of accuracy in their work.
What does my day look like?
Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and obtain corrections to discrepant records
Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the system
Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries
Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed
Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the Aircraft Records- Digital department
Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
Distribute and retain documents as required
Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages
Prep and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork
Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager
What does the perfect candidate look like?
Associates degree or equivalent experience/training
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily
Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods of time
Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills
Demonstrated sound decision-making ability
Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus
SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System and Lotus Notes experience desired
10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm
