Title: Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Admin Support Personnel
Salary: $20-25 Per Hour
Position: Temp to Hire

What is this?
This is a wonderful opportunity to train under three experienced sales professionals to learn general commercial real estate and specialty market inventory. You will also receive marketing and administrative training and learn inventory, general property components and specs. This is a temp to hire position with a strong likelihood of going to direct hire, 30-40 hours a week. Previous real estate, law firm, or property management experience is helpful.

What does my day look like?
• Work on listing packages including market pyramids, mailer lists
• Initial and final prep of monthly marketing reports on listings
• Prepare available building packages for potential prospects
• Ensure brokerage team is adequately supported to increase sales revenue
• Complete research projects and work with marketing team to produce materials for potential prospects
• Provide general administrative support
• Marketing duties as required
• Mass emails preparation
• Follow up phone calls with vendors and/or clients
• Property research
• Gathering/preparation of material for presentations
• Monthly Reports to owners for listed properties
• Completing Spreadsheets reflecting
• Keep timeline of listing agreements and lease expirations - report when coming due
• Gather and fill-in basic information for listing agreements, LOIs and contracts
• Filing and organization of active clients
• Creating neighbor lists
• Tour book prep
• Work with marketing to prepare brochures, proposals, etc.
• Signage – request and monitor signage installations
• Taking Property Photos
• Maintain ownership lists
• Occasionally accompany brokers to meetings and sales calls+
• Lease Abstracting

What does the perfect candidate look like?

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and working knowledge of InDesign
• Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team structure
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• You must pass a Word and Excel test

Certificate and/or Licenses:
• Obtain Oklahoma Real Estate License (optional)
• Attend training courses as required

Communication Skills:
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence and memos
• Ability to effectively prepare presentation information for clients and occasional client interaction

Financial Knowledge:
• Requires basic knowledge of general financial terms and principals
• Ability to use calculator and spreadsheets and interpret leases and contracts

Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of projects, assignments and deadlines requested by sales professionals
• Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills
• Requires ability to be coached, personal initiative and motivation
• Decisions made with understanding of procedures and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines
• High attention to detail required.
