What is this?

The Assistant Controller/Manager of Accounting will contribute to the Finance Team by working with the Finance Team as well as other departments across the company to achieve goals by efficiently maintain compliance with all financial reporting requirements. Record, prepare and provide timely financial information to company leadership to allow informed decisions to be made.

What does my day look like?

  1. Ensuring transactions are recorded timely, accurately and with adherence to US GAAP.
  2. Assisting with liquidity forecasting
  3. Manages the decentralized accounting team (currently staff in Tulsa OK and Washington PA).
  4. Complete weekly cash and liquidity reports on a consolidated basis ? to include 13 week cash flow forecasts.
  5. Ensure monthly account reconciliations are completed, including for new acquisition
  6. Perform monthly analysis of company financial performance
  7. Manages month-end close
  8. Assist with the development and measuring of performance against the operating plan
  9. Understand and explain the underlying drivers of financial performance
  10. Assist with other analysis and reporting
