Local Tulsa Company is seeking an Office Manager who will be responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The Office Manager will take on a wide range of duties and responsibilities from organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

As an Office Manager, a typical day for you might include the following:
• Overseeing administrative and office staff.
• Working with vendors and making sure proper supplies are secured.
• Manage all incoming customer calls with the highest level of customer service.
• Create central dispatch schedules for technical team members.
• Analyzing supply and energy consumption to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.
• Organizing and scheduling meeting and appointments.
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
• Providing general support to visitors.
• Ensuring office efficiency is maintained by carrying out the planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
• Perform review and analysis of special projects and keeping management informed properly.
• Recruiting and selecting office staff.

While performing the duties of this job:
You may be constantly required to sit and use hands to operate telephone, type and operate computer and mouse. You also may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
