Position: Temp to Hire

Tulsa company is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The hours are 9:00 am to 3 pm Monday-Friday. The Administrative Assistant will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of the company. Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

As an Office Manager, a typical day for you might include the following:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

While performing the duties of this job:

You may be constantly required to sit and use hands to operate telephone, type and operate computer and mouse. You also may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
