Title: Operations Specialist

Salary: $20 an hour

Position: Temp to Hire

Local Tulsa Company is seeking a professional to fill the position of Operations Specialist. They will be responsibile for the review and monitoring of oversight, control, and reconciliation reporting to ensure operational processing functions are performed to meet operational services levels.

As an Operation Specialist, a typical day for you might include the following:

  • Maintain daily balancing of Trust funds and related bank accounts
  • Responsible for bill payment related to real estate properties
  • Responsible for depositing rent received on real estate properties
  • Oversight of real estate compliance to ensure that inspections are ordered, verify that taxes and insurance are paid, verify that inspections are completed annually and appraisals are complete ever 3 years on income producing properties.
  • Responsible for real estate asset set-up
  • Responsible for Positive Pay daily recons
  • Responsible for stale dated checks
  • Work in a team environment to complete client online access setup and login support as needed
  • Protects organization’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add values to the organization; help others accomplish related job results as and where needed
  • Daily contact with Operations, Administrations, Investments and outside vendors relaying information necessary for problem resolution
  • Monthly statement production and mailing
  • Mail Runs
  • Print, sort, and distribute morning reports

You may be constantly required to sit and use hands to operate telephone, type and operate computer and mouse.
